Orders

By placing an order through our website, you are requesting to purchase the products shown in your basket subject to availability and these terms.

Please ensure that all order, billing and delivery information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Prices & VAT

Prices displayed on the website are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. 18% VAT and any other relevant charges will be calculated and displayed where required during the ordering process.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product prices before an order is accepted.

Payment

Payment will be needed once inquiry is confirmed by our team.

An order may not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised or otherwise agreed with us.

Delivery

GETAHAMPER delivers across Malta. Delivery availability, timing and any applicable charges may depend on the destination, selected products and order volume.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Where a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, additional arrangements or charges may apply.

Gifts & recipient details

Orders may be delivered directly to another person as a gift. Where you provide another person's delivery details, you confirm that you are authorised to provide those details for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

Product availability & substitutions

Products are subject to availability. Where an item included in a hamper becomes unavailable, we may contact you or, where appropriate, replace it with a suitable alternative of comparable quality and value.

Product packaging and presentation may occasionally differ slightly from website photography.

Alcohol

Products containing alcohol may only be purchased and received by persons who meet the applicable legal age requirements.

Proof of age may be requested where appropriate, and delivery of alcohol may be refused where the recipient cannot satisfy applicable age requirements.

Changes, cancellations & returns

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether a change can be made will depend on the order status, product type and whether preparation or delivery has already begun.

Any rights you may have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Promotions & discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes and volume discounts may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates, minimum order values or product exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

Product Availability, Payment, Substitutions

All hampers and products are subject to availability, and full payment is required in advance. If an item becomes unavailable, a suitable substitute will be offered where possible; otherwise, a refund will be provided.

Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, cancellations are non-refundable, except where otherwise required under applicable consumer law.

Delivery & Collection

Standard delivery is available within 72 hours from receipt of full payment. Delivery is currently available within Malta only. Customers may choose between the available delivery or collection options during the ordering process, subject to availability and confirmation. Orders with a total value of €100 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders with a total value of less than €100 are subject to a €5.00 delivery fee.
